The maximum aggregate amount that you or any party claiming through you can recover from iTriangle and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents or all claims arising from, under or relating to these Terms of Use (whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise) will in no event exceed the amount of INR 10,000/-.
